A leading independent advisory and investment firm is seeking an ambitious professional to join its high-performing Corporate Advisory team.

As an Advisor, you will take a client-facing role supporting both origination and execution of transactions, including exposure to mergers and acquisitions, debt, equity and hybrid capital structuring, capital management, and risk advisory.

">Responsibilities
  • Develop client relationships and contribute to origination and execution of transactions.">
  • Build sophisticated financial models incorporating funding, valuation, tax and accounting considerations.">
  • Prepare board-quality presentations and reports; support due diligence, structuring, and negotiations.">
  • Contribute ideas across the firm's advisory offering and collaborate with senior professionals.">
">Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.">
  • 2–6 years of experience in corporate advisory, capital markets, transaction services, financial modelling or M&A.">
  • Experience in Big 4, boutique advisory, or investment bank environments is highly regarded.">
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive, collaborative approach.">
