About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our in-house Legal team in Sydney, NSW. This is a permanent role with great career development opportunities and a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic advice to business units and senior management on significant legal issues.
  • Represent the company's interests on large-scale bids and contracts across various sectors.
  • Own the legal service for significant projects and address contractual arrangements.

About You

  • Have at least 6-10 years' PQE in-house experience.
  • Have a good working knowledge of contract types and negotiation.
  • Enjoy working autonomously as part of a collegiate team.
  • Be pragmatic and practical in your approach.
  • Have impressive interpersonal and communication skills.
