Job Title: Logistics and Production Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and retail stores, ensuring seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and production processes, with excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking and manage stock levels across warehouses and retail stores.
  • Coordinate shipment of purchase orders, including arranging transportation and handling customs clearance.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve any stock discrepancies or issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and production processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in fashion, logistics, or business is desirable.
