Retail Property Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Property Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the management of a portfolio of retail centers, providing exceptional services to our clients. As a Senior Retail Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all centers are well-maintained, secure, and meet the highest standards of presentation.

You will work closely with tenants and occupiers to ensure their satisfaction, provide recommendations for maintenance works and capital expenditure, and attend regular client management meetings and conference calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail property management or center management
  • Relevant degree, i.e., Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred
  • Full Real Estate License
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Proactive and flexible
