Centre Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Centre Manager to lead our vibrant, purpose-built Centre at Canning Vale.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and development in 2025, forming strong community connections and building a dynamic professional team.

As the Centre Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a high-quality educational experience for children. You will lead and support a team of educators, maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education programs.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and practices that promote a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including National Quality Framework standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with families by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to provide guidance on program planning and pedagogy implementation.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and invoicing, to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance program offerings or address concerns.
  • Monitor enrolment numbers and implement strategies for increasing occupancy rates if required.
  • Stay updated on current trends in early childhood education through professional development opportunities.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
