Early Childhood Education Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our centre leadership team as a Centre Leadership Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with educators to observe practice, review, and continuously improve educational programs for children.
The successful candidate will have previous experience leading change in education and hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification, or ACECQA-approved equivalent. They will also possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
About the RoleIn this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing the educator team's understanding of child development and relevant early years content knowledge. You will also support the application and use of the Early Years Learning Framework or an approved learning framework.
As a leader in our centre, you will play a key role in leading change and championing practice uplift and excellence. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve our organisational goals and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position based in Perth, Western Australia.
