Small Business Cashflow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cashflow Specialist to join our team at ANZ. As a key member of our National Business Centre, you will play a critical role in helping small businesses succeed by providing expert cashflow advice and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with small business customers to understand their cashflow needs and provide tailored recommendations to improve their financial wellbeing.
- Assist customers with transactional banking requirements, including working capital product solutions and transaction accounts.
- Identify potential process improvements and ensure compliance with ANZ policies and values.
- Provide exceptional customer engagement and take ownership of customer issues.
We're looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of cashflow concepts, ANZ products and services, and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for helping small businesses succeed and a growth mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
