About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide remote banking support to National Business centre customers, helping them to start, run and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Accepting inbound call or appointment requests in a timely manner to meet customer experience SLAs and objectives.
- Engaging in outbound customer calls to help facilitate customer onboarding and discover additional customer needs.
- Providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of small business customers.
- Autonomously tracking, managing and actioning a wide variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Providing appropriate solutions to customers.
- Building and maintaining strong internal network.
- Meeting assigned performance targets through needs-based conversations and cross-selling.
- Engaging in needs-based conversations with new and existing small business customers.
- Managing referrals to specialist teams to support customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer solutioning skills to support customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services.
- Fulfilment skills to execute end-to-end processes to achieve customer or end-user outcomes.
- Knowledge of small business operations, transaction banking and working capital solutions.
- Proficient in credit assessment and management.
- Business development skills to partner with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities.
- Relationship management skills to build, maintain and influence relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Financial acumen to evaluate the impact of business decisions.
- Knowledge of lending and cashflow needs and solutions.
