Asset Management Advisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and value of assets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Conduct lifecycle cost analysis and financial modeling to inform investment decisions.
  • Benchmark facility and asset performance, and conduct maturity assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review and evaluate facilities management and asset maintenance service delivery models.

This role requires a forward-thinking and seasoned Asset Management Advisor to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in building, property, asset management or FM, commercial experience across the asset management and FM procurement lifecycle, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Accreditation with a relevant industry body, data analysis and structuring proficiency, and experience in technical advisory services for social infrastructure PPPs are considered desirable.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in building, property, asset management or FM.
  • Commercial experience across the asset management and FM procurement lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Accreditation with a relevant industry body.
  • Experience in technical advisory services for social infrastructure PPPs.
