About the Role- The position involves acute care, clinical management, and developing skills in mental health assessment, therapeutic interventions, and critical thinking.
Bathurst Community Mental Health comprises a multidisciplinary team including Registered Nurses, Psychology, Social Work, and Psychiatry, supported by senior clinicians. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement treatment plans for consumers with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to consumers.
- Provide education and training to consumers and their families on mental health topics.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and multidisciplinary case reviews.
