About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Modernisation Consultant. This customer-facing consulting role requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering projects across consulting, design, configuration, testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Customers, Partners, Sales and Technical teams in a cross-disciplinary role.
  • Ensure assigned IT infrastructure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with external enterprise customers delivering projects in professional services environments.
  • Must have design, implementation and optimization experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Experience with Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV).
  • Strong communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
  • Australian Citizenship and NV1 security clearance required.
