Full-time Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned administrative professional to fill this critical role within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to a senior finance broker.

The role includes:

  • Supporting a senior finance broker
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments on behalf of the broker
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up over the phone
  • Data management and entry
  • Packaging and processing finance deals
  • General administration as needed

About Our Team
