Senior Medical Workforce Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Partner to join our team as a Senior Medical Workforce Coordinator.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Medical Workforce and Medical Workforce Leadership team to ensure all administrative aspects of recruitment, credentialing, and re-appointment are completed in a proactive manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors with queries regarding Continuing Medical Education (CME) claims.
- Gain an understanding of the operational requirements for clinical units to provide support for senior medical staffing and address workforce issues as they arise.
- Work closely with Clinical Leadership to discuss future staffing requirements and review relevant EBA and/or craft group arrangements.
- Provide a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding SMS employment matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration within a complex environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and high-level interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in staffing recruitment and appointment processes or payroll, finance, or billing for medical specialists would be highly regarded.
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business/Finance Administration, Health, Management, or equivalent work experience.
