We are seeking an accomplished National Health, Safety and Environment Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of impactful HSE strategies and policies.
This challenging role is based in Brisbane, with opportunities for interstate candidates willing to relocate. You will provide expert guidance to drive meaningful change and align regional performance with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting quality, data insights, and resource allocation for optimal intervention outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a tertiary qualification, significant industry experience, and a proven ability to influence health, safety, and environment performance.

- Developing a clear Improvement Work Plan aligned with industry best practices and BMD's commitment to continuous improvement.
