Technical Business Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Woolworths MarketPlus team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in our new organisation's success by leading discovery on key platform uplift initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the discovery and capture of all requirements and acceptance criteria for key projects.
- Engage directly with key business users and stakeholders to gather and understand their needs and create user stories and requirements that meet those needs.
- Assist with managing and refining the product backlog consistent with the broader priorities and objectives in the business.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- A strong technical background with the ability to read code (ideally.net), understand it and be able to convert into stories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity. Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and devise creative solutions to solve problems and overcome hurdles.
- Outstanding attention to detail, whilst being able to manage their time effectively across multiple projects if needed.
