Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work as a sales data analyst in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement forms to extract information from dealer networks for payment of incentives.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop dealership management reports, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all systems.
  • Monitor data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for the Sales department.

Incentive and Compensation Management:

  • Prepare national sales incentive data, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to align incentive programs with overall sales objectives.

Feedback and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business goals.

About This Role:

  • This role is suitable for recent graduates proficient with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with MG products is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and/or sales analytics tools is essential.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with MG products is preferred.
