Job Opportunity

This is a senior supervisory role in the community social services sector, requiring leadership and management skills to assist in the operation of a Community Centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a welcoming environment ensuring staff and family member support and security.
  • Coach, guide and manage staff through regular supervision meetings, skill development and education on referrals and processes.
  • Collaborate with Management Team and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of two years experience in a senior supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in community social services.
