About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Educator to join our team. This permanent full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where you'll deliver high-quality education and care, supporting children with additional needs.

You will provide inclusive education and care for children with complex behaviours and additional needs. You'll foster social, emotional, and educational development using trauma-informed practices, partner with families and campus teams on individualised support plans, and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality education and care that supports diverse learning needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with campus teams to develop and implement inclusive strategies.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood or a related field.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs (2+ years desirable).
  • Strong communication and reflective practice skills.
