About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing strategic selling and product expertise to drive sales and exceed individual targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve annual net sales targets
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and provide personalized interactions
  • Manage customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support the team with effective sales coaching and mentoring
Requirements
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Previous expert selling experience and strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
