In-House Commercial Legal Expert

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have a strong background in commercial contracts, procurement, corporate advisory, M&A, IT/IP, commercial property, construction, government, or regulatory compliance and privacy.
As a seasoned legal professional with a minimum of 4 years PQE in top or mid-tier law firms or in-house, you will be able to provide practical and commercially savvy in-house legal advice to our clients.
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage stakeholder relationships, think creatively, and contribute to the growth and development of our dynamic in-house teams.
Requirements- Minimum 4 years PQE in top or mid-tier law firms or in-house;
- Experience in commercial contracts, procurement, corporate advisory, M&A, IT/IP, commercial property, construction, government, or regulatory compliance and privacy;
- Ability to give practical and commercially savvy in-house legal advice;
- Client-centric, commercially-minded, and adaptable;
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
