The Role: Senior Associate

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Litigation practice in Sydney. This role offers diverse matters, allowing for intellectually complex and innovative thinking.

  • Providing comprehensive advice to officers and boards on critical decisions and corporate governance.
  • Advising insolvency practitioners and conducting litigation related to restructures and insolvent entities.
  • Defending investigations and prosecutions brought against companies and individuals for breaches of the Corporations Act 2001.
  • Resolving shareholder oppression actions.
  • Conducting litigation regarding disputed contract rights and obligations.
  • Advising responsible entities and trustees on the operation and management of their schemes.
  • Representing parties in joint venture, partnership, and M&A disputes.
  • Financial services disputes and complaints.

About You:

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' legal experience post-admission, preferably in a commercial litigation team. Ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for disputes matters and a desire to develop their skills.
