Litigation Specialist

Job Opportunity
In this position, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of disputes. You will work on complex cross-border litigation, specialist construction and financial services matters. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, managing court processes, liaising with clients and counterparties, and contributing to strategic advice.
Drafting and negotiating contracts
Managing court procedures
Liaising with stakeholders
Contributing to business strategy
You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members.
Key Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
Experience in commercial litigation, construction disputes, class actions, and/or financial services litigation
Strong drafting and communication skills
Commercial judgment and analytical ability
A collaborative approach to matter management
The ability to mentor juniors while working independently
Enthusiasm for client engagement and business growth
