  • Managing leasing inquiries via email and phone, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Application process including reference checks, ensuring accurate and thorough assessments.
  • Conditions Reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Data entry into Agent Box & Property Tree, maintaining up-to-date records and information.

About You

  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate, demonstrating your commitment to the industry.
  • Own car and driver's license, enabling you to travel efficiently between locations.
  • Previous real estate experience is desirable but not essential, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the field.
  • Immaculate presentation, showcasing your professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
