Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team on a casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with children aged 15 months to 6 years, providing high-quality care and education in a supportive and professional environment.

  • Certificate III of Children's Services or Diploma of Children's Services: This qualification provides the foundation for working with young children, enabling you to create engaging learning experiences that foster their physical, social, and emotional development.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification: As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibility is to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. Keeping current certifications ensures you can respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • Current Blue Card: A Blue Card is essential for anyone working with children in Queensland, as it confirms your suitability to work with vulnerable groups.
  • Understanding of EYLF, National Regulations and NQF: Our service adheres to strict standards of quality care, so it's essential you have a solid understanding of these regulations and frameworks to ensure we provide the highest standard of care.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Building strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues is crucial in this role. You will need to communicate effectively to share information, collaborate on activities, and provide support when needed.
