Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our early childhood education team. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in creating safe and secure environments where young children thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality learning environments that foster curiosity, creativity, and imagination in young children.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with families, ensuring they have full confidence in their child's education and care.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN EXCEPTIONAL CULTURE of quality and safety that sets us apart as leaders in early childhood education.
  • EMBODY OUR VALUES of bravery, positivity, thoughtfulness, and professionalism, setting an example in all aspects of our work.

You will work closely with our leadership team to achieve these goals. To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A DIPLOMA IN CHILDREN'S SERVICES AND/OR BACHELOR OF EDUCATION that aligns with our educational framework.
  • PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A SENIOR OR LEADERSHIP ROLE within a long day-care centre or similar setting.
  • SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF EARLY YEARS CURRICULUM FRAMEWORKS, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • CURRENT FIRST AID, ASTHMA, AND ANAPHYLAXIS CERTIFICATES, as well as a valid blue card.
