Network Security Lead

This position involves overseeing the detection and response to security events across a network technology stack.

Key responsibilities include securing information systems, investigating network security exposures, and implementing security measures.

  • Secure information systems by monitoring, detecting, investigating, analyzing, and responding to security events.
  • Investigate and report on network security exposures, misuse of resources or non-compliance events.
  • Implement detective and protective security controls across the network technology stack (firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF etc.)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years related experience to Cyber/IT Security
  • IT Security skills (Network and firewalls, Windows and Linux operating systems, database, malware and vulnerability identification and remediation, penetration testing, endpoint protection, DLP, IDS/IPS, email security, data encryption, application whitelisting, log monitoring & alerting, detection and response)
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls
