Job Title: Network Security Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the performance and security of our network infrastructure.

  • Maintain high-quality support for customers and colleagues alike, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • Respond promptly to complex network faults beyond our scope and manage critical incident escalations to minimize customer impact.
  • Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and contribute to change governance including representation at Change Advisory Board meetings.
  • Recommend network design changes to enhance service reliability and introduce new technologies and products.
  • Ensure seamless network upgrades and deployments aligned with quality and performance standards.
Key Skills:
  • Extensive expertise in multi-vendor IP networking and cybersecurity networks, with hands-on experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 environments.
  • Solid understanding of service provider network design, routing, switching, and security practices.
  • Grasp of modern network and infrastructure technologies, including Cloud, NFV, DWDM, Carrier Ethernet, and mobile backhaul.
  • Demonstrable experience managing vendor technologies and troubleshooting in fast-paced operational settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to escalate appropriately, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical business partners.
