Expert Clinical Nurse Educator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and clinical development/training to staff while fostering a preceptor/mentor role.
- Formulate, coordinate, and evaluate unit-based educational programs to assess and demonstrate clinical procedures.
- Build the capacity of individuals to deliver safe, evidence-based care, incorporating reflective practice with the aim of continual improvement.
- Develop a patient- and family-focused culture that supports the NUM and staff to deliver innovative models of care and proactively manage change.
The successful applicant will have current nursing registration with AHPRA and relevant post-registration experience.
Able to work 8 hours per week on a 7-day rotating roster.
Ideal Candidate Requirements- Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Relevant post-registration experience.
- Extensive knowledge of RPA Emergency Department policy and procedure.
- Competent to work in all areas of a tertiary emergency department.
