About the Job

We are seeking a Customer Activation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating and managing innovative, safe, and diverse work type activities to enhance customers' chances of securing sustainable employment.

As part of this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to establish activities that enable customers to meet their activation requirements.

You will support the Customer Activation Manager in identifying activities, creating activities for sites, referral processes, schedules, and activity management.

In addition, you will review report data to aid sites in their daily activation management of customers.

This is a full-time ongoing position across Inner Metro Melbourne region at Prahran, Coburg, Cheltenham, Box Hill and Fitzroy sites.

About You

  • You will demonstrate high-level interpersonal skills.
  • You will work effectively with culturally diverse clients, employers and staff.
  • You will possess strong data entry skills and ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
  • You will create employment pathway opportunities.
  • You will read reports and identify performance and compliance issues.
  • You will hold a current driver's licence.
  • You will have a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and completed three WHS modules from the Certificate IV in WHS.
  • You will have at least 12 months experience in Employment Services.
