
Technical Product Development Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you'll be responsible for bridging technical capabilities with business needs to shape the future of AI.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate AI use cases into clear, testable product requirements and workflows.
- Document business rules, acceptance criteria, and evaluation metrics.
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing cycles.
- Assist in embedding responsible AI practices and governance into development workflows.
- Capture model documentation, risks, and approval checklists.
- Contribute to post-deployment monitoring plans for AI models.
- Validate solutions against business requirements and assess organisational readiness.
- Act as a translator between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of AI tools.
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in data science, analytics, or AI-related roles, strong communication and analytical skills, proven ability to work across technical and business domains, solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and technical terminology, experience in systems business analysis within large or complex environments, familiarity with agile work practices and product development cycles, exposure to Generative AI or MLOps tools, experience with model governance or responsible AI practices, and SQL coding and data manipulation skills.
