About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to join our team at Transvirtual. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our logistics solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, integrations team, QAs, and technical writers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack and architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Ensure the development of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation


Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience in C#,.NET and SQL development with extensive knowledge of software engineering best practices
  • Demonstrable management of a team
  • Experience in multiple infrastructure set-ups, both cloud and dedicated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team management and board level presentations
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
