Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support">
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation">
  • Offer social support and transportation, facilitating activities, shopping, and medical appointments">
  • Support customers in using aids and equipment, including standing or walking frames, wheelchairs, and hearing aids">
  • Monitor customer well-being and report on progress">
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • ">
  • A minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred)">
  • A current CPR/First Aid certificate">
  • A current Federal Police Check and Working with Children Check">
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence">
  • A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)">
  • A smartphone with internet access">
