About the Role:

As a Care Support Specialist with Just Better Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our team in providing person-centred care and support to customers in their homes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with daily living activities, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support
  • Support customers in using aids and equipment, such as wheelchairs, hoists, and hearing aids
  • Monitor customer well-being and report on progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and attend training sessions as required

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (desired)
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • Current Federal Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (preferred)
  • Smartphone with internet access

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits include flexible working hours, varied work assignments, and opportunities for professional development.
