About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our Day Surgery Unit (DSU). As a dedicated and compassionate individual, you will provide high-quality patient care from pre-operative assessments through to post-operative recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care in accordance with documented care or treatment plans while prioritizing workload based on patient needs, acuity and optimal time for intervention.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation in accordance with health policies.
- Contribute to quality improvement activities, including policy review and development.
