Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant state or territory health authority.
  • Demonstrated expertise in emergency nursing practice, including experience in triage, assessment, and management of acute medical conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with best practices in emergency nursing.
