About this role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outbound logistics operations for VIC, WA, SA, TAS to meet operational and service objectives. This includes coordinating with Transport Partners (3PL) to resolve any delivery inquiries or issues, as well as meeting marketplace service objectives in terms of DOT.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the logistics team, network partners, and suppliers to drive project objectives. You will also communicate with internal sales teams to ensure issues and inquiries are resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to meet operational and service objectives
  • Liaise with Transport Partners (3PL) to resolve delivery inquiries or issues
  • Meet marketplace service objectives in terms of DOT
  • Support delivery of network efficiencies through collaboration with logistics team, network partners & suppliers
  • Communicate with internal sales team to resolve issues and inquiries

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar environment in logistics
  • In-depth knowledge of local or national Transport Chain of Responsibility legislation
  • Experience using SAP, TMS systems and Excel
  • Exposure to FMCG and Cold Chain environments or experience in Distribution Centres or warehousing
