About the RoleThe Nurse Care Coordinator coordinates and delivers high-quality nursing care to patients/clients. The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and apply professional boundaries when dealing with complex situations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/clients
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Apply professional boundaries when dealing with complex situations
- Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority
- Demonstrated ability to engage proactively with patients/clients to enhance service delivery
- Demonstrated extensive post-registration experience in a Paediatrics and/or Neonatal setting
- Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees)
