We are seeking a Dental Team Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and friendly attitude, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The role of the Dental Team Member is multifaceted, involving various tasks such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments and maintaining accurate records. A high level of attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure are essential requirements for this position.

In addition to administrative duties, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting dentists during procedures, taking x-rays and performing other tasks as required. A strong understanding of infection control protocols and knowledge of dental terminology would be highly desirable.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality at all times. Previous experience in a dental practice would be an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Dental Assisting Certificate III (desired)
  • Previous experience in a dental practice (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and dental terminology
