Job Title: Dental Receptionist/Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized dental receptionist to provide exceptional support to our dental team.

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk staff as a key member of our dental team. As a dental receptionist/assistant, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and dentists.

  • Patient Scheduling: Manage patient schedules, update appointment records, and ensure timely reminders are sent out.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Office Support: Prepare treatment rooms, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assisting Dentists: Assist dentists and dental hygienists with patient care, including preparing equipment and materials.

Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Dental reception experience (1+ year)
  • Customer service experience (1+ year)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
