Job Title

Administration Officer Waste is responsible for providing high-quality general administrative support to the organization's waste services unit.

  • Data entry, collation, and reporting are crucial tasks in this role.
  • Raising requisitions and processing payments are also key responsibilities.
  • Tracking contract reporting and milestone dates requires strong organizational skills.
  • Providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders is essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar dynamic office environment, with proficiency in data entry, report preparation, and general correspondence.
  • Able to be flexible and work collaboratively to deliver team priorities.
  • High level of proficiency using computers, including data entry and word processing skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently to deliver personal outcomes.
  • Experience with processing invoices and contract payments is desirable.
