Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the waste management team in a local council located in the South-Eastern suburbs.
  • Key responsibilities include managing service requests, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operational environments and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in waste administration or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create clear documents.
  • Proficiency in data entry and maintenance in council databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to maintain a courteous and professional image for the council.
