Lead Digital Transformation at RACGP

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to drive the organisation's digital strategy and deliver exceptional experiences for its members and staff.

About the Role

This newly created senior position will be responsible for leading and evolving the digital transformation agenda for the College, developing and delivering the digital roadmap, and building a high-performing team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of system and process changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the digital transformation strategy and roadmap
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Transformation teams to align digital systems and create exceptional experiences for members
  • Provide detailed advice to the executive team on alignment with the strategic direction of the College
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and delivering business-wide transformation programs, strategies, and roadmaps that uplift customer experience and enhance business performance. With strong analytical and strategic skills, you will bring a proven ability to identify key issues, responses, and messages in a change and transformation context, while ensuring projects align with organisational objectives.

As a senior transformational leader, you will have an ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of digital transformation, business strategy, and organisational change management.
