Lead Digital Transformation at RACGP

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead the development and implementation of its digital strategy. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving business-wide transformation programs, strategies, and roadmaps that enhance customer experience and business performance.

About the Role
  • Lead the digital transformation agenda, developing and delivering a comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns with the College's strategic direction.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of system and process changes.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Transformation teams to effectively manage and align digital systems, creating exceptional experiences for members and staff.
  • Provide strategic advice to the executive team on digital transformation initiatives and their alignment with organisational objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering business-wide transformation programs, strategies, and roadmaps that uplift customer experience and enhance business performance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to identify key issues, responses, and messages in a change and transformation context.
  • Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.
