This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and logistics operations of our global business.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of quality and performance in transportation operations.
- Manage sub-contractor relationships and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor and maintain transportation scorecards on a monthly basis.
- Ensure effective load planning and meet weekly cut-off requirements.
- Complete accurate safety reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service by efficiently resolving queries and complaints.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective internal relationships.
- Competent data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
- Demonstrated exposure in the FMCG industry is preferred but not essential.
