Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Trainee New

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious young professional to join our trainee program within Production at Nutreco.

This role offers hands-on experience across manufacturing, maintenance coordination, process optimization, and production planning. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain insight into how different functions interact to ensure efficient and safe production.

The Opportunity Ahead

Gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Business Units.

Develop your international acumen by connecting with our Global Supply Chain Leadership Team and build your network in a collaborative environment.

Work on challenging tasks, projects, and complete numerous trainings in an international environment.

Requirements for Success
  • Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background (e.g., Master's in Food science & Technology, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or Business Administration)
  • Language: Strong proficiency of business English and local language
  • Professional experience and passion: Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments
  • Global mobility and adaptability: Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities
  • Proactive learners: Enjoyment in mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact
  • Creative problem solvers: Ability to approach challenges creatively, thinking outside the box to find the best solutions

A 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas.
