**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic person to join our Transport team based at Larapinta. This is a fixed full-time position working Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.30pm _flexible**A typical day would involve**:

- Responsible for pallet control daily operations, ensuring that all ULD's are accounted for including reconciliation of ULD invoices and accounts
- Working closely with DC operations, Vendors, and Transport providers, to ensure processes are followed within our guidelines as well as with a view to continuously improve and optimise the workflow
- Creating and maintaining de-hire records within 2ic
- Ensure administrative processes around equipment control are well documented and effective
- Ensuring safe work practices are adhered to, promoting safety policies and procedures on an on-going basis

**Who we're looking for**:

- Exceptional Data Entry and high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and organisational skills, including time management
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about identifying process improvement opportunities
- Experience with using SAP & Google documents is preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in ULD management/administration (desirable)
- Systems including - 2ic, UTS, Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable)
