Job Description:

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configuring and designing solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves leading the integration of processes across finance, operations, supply chain, and other core business functions to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

The individual will play a crucial role in solution design and implementation, system configuration and customization, data management and integration, testing and quality assurance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the functional design and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
  • System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize D-365 F&O modules to meet business requirements
  • Data Management and Integration: Manage and integrate data from various sources to provide insights for business decision-making
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-9 years of prior D-365 F&O experience with hands-on project delivery experience as a functional consultant in a client-facing capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of Record-to-report, Service-to-Cash, Transactional Finance value streams, and associated functional requirements to configure D-365 F&O modules
  • Experience in configuring and using F&O modules of D-365 software
  • Deep understanding of core Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including finance, procurement, supply chain management, manufacturing, and retail
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, cloud deployment, and best practices
  • Experience with data migration tools, integrations, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Basic understanding of development concepts, such as X++ and integration patterns, though deep technical expertise is not required
