Water Cycle Conservationist

">About the Role">- Conduct herbicide spraying along fence lines and around structures using a vehicle-mounted spray rig as part of a two-person crew.
- Operate drones for aerial spraying and asset inspections.
- Use tractors and front-deck mowers for grass cutting and grooming.
- Support the civil maintenance team with asset inspections and related tasks across the region.
In this key role, you will work proactively as a member of the team, contribute fully to decision-making, and take responsibility for your own safety and that of others on site.
">Requirements">- Valid Victorian Driver's License.
- Ability to pass a Police check and pre-employment medical.
- Experience with herbicides and spray rigs.
- Operation of tractors, front-deck mowers, and remote-control mowing equipment.
- Drone operations.
- General grounds maintenance.
