Senior Water Network Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Network Planning Professional to join our team.
The water industry must continue to adapt and evolve in the face of increasing floods, droughts, and storms. This presents an exciting opportunity for a Senior Water Network Planning Engineer with project management, design, and planning experience in Water Assets to make a meaningful contribution to the sector.
- Develop innovative concepts to address system performance deficiencies and growth servicing plans.
- Lead the development of scenarios that consider climate change, water efficiencies, and Integrated Water Cycle Management (IWCM).
- Develop asset class plans or renewal strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct options assessments and provide business case justifications.
- Produce high-quality reports and technical documents that meet stakeholder needs.
- Build relationships with key clients and develop a portfolio of work.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring quality, cost, and program delivery.
This role requires 5-15 years of experience in a water network planning role, including water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning skills, software experience, including InfoWorks WS Pro and GIS software, and RPEQ (Civil) registration.
