Job Opportunity

The Provider Strategy and Enablement Manager position entails creating and executing the forward strategic roadmap for service providers, encompassing Claims Service and Third Party Service providers. This role involves collaboration across multiple provider functions, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and translating issues into measurable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of impacts within icare, Third Party, Claims, and non-contracted provider spaces.
  • Maintain open communication channels with key stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
  • Foster a high-performing team through mentorship and collaborative approaches to achieve business requirements, corporate objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Convert issues or challenges into tangible, measurable initiatives and collaborate with the Workers Compensation business to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Establish a demand management process and reporting to facilitate providers' ability to deliver on service commitments.
  • Monitor and manage value delivered to demonstrate tangible improvements in cost, service, liability, or scheme performance measures from initiatives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in business management or related field, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience acquired through extensive experience.
  • Experience and understanding of the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.
  • Strong collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience leading change and effort prioritisation across an external provider panel.
  • Qualification in Program Management (MSP).
